For more than 20 years, The Well has served missionaries and Christian workers living and serving cross-culturally. Over that time, we have developed trusted counselling, training, and retreat models that support emotional, spiritual, and relational health—particularly for those carrying the long-term weight of ministry.
In recent years, we have seen a growing and unexpected open door: the opportunity to use these same tools to serve Thai pastors and Christian leaders, as well as their families.
Those in full-time ministry in Thailand often carry significant responsibility with limited access to rest, support, or safe spaces to process the pressures of leadership, faith, and family life.
With your help we can expand this Thai ministry by offering restorative retreats and group care experiences specifically designed for Thai pastors and full-time Christian workers. These events create space for rest, encouragement, skill-building, and connection—supporting those who are faithfully serving others, often at great personal cost.
Your giving helps cover the core costs of these gatherings, allowing us to offer meaningful, culturally appropriate care to Thai Christian leaders and their families. By doing so, you are investing directly in the long-term health, resilience, and sustainability of the Church in Thailand.
