Roger has been involved in the therapeutic care of missionaries since 2005, with numerous brief trips to Mongolia, China, and Vanuatu. His employment history in the field of social work includes seven years as a university lecturer and ten years as a clinical educator in the setting of hospitals and mental health. The three things that anchor him in his service to missionaries are generosity, curiosity, and accountability. Roger, originally from Canada, lives in Australia and is married to Julie, and they have two daughters. In his spare time, he likes bushwalking, anything to do with motorcycles, and following Canadian ice hockey.
