Discounted Fees
At The Well we are committed to making our services affordable for Christian cross-cultural workers no matter their situation. For that reason, for clients whose insurance/organisation does not cover the cost of counselling, we use a sliding scale with three different “plans” depending on income. Please choose the plan that fits your circumstances. If you need further assistance understanding our scale or feel that money is still an obstacle, please speak with your provider or email us at finance.manager@thewellintl.org.

If insurance or your organisation will reimburse part or all of your costs for services at The Well, please use our standard fees. While our professional team at The Well are individually funded by the support of donors from their passport countries, we still rely on the fees paid by our clients to cover the many costs associated with providing our services. Our standard fees represent (roughly) the actual cost of providing a session of counselling, debriefing, spiritual direction or coaching.
