Web Master / IT Director 

Summary: 

The Well International, a Christian counseling center located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, is seeking an individual to support, maintain, and develop our web and social media presence, digital services platforms and implementation of the Google Workspace, and practice management systems at the offices of The Well in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This is a volunteer position.

Individuals who should apply for this position are those with cross-cultural team work experience, who enjoy working with people, are flexible and self-starting, agree with the vision and mission of The Well International, and possess the qualifications below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain, update and perform necessary improvements on The Well’s website and social media presence

  2. Maintain a library of templates for use with event announcements, documents etc.

  3. Update and edit web content and announcements as needed

  4. Facilitate maintenance and further organization of IT and data storage related systems

  5. Provide tech support and troubleshooting for website, social media platforms and other IT related issues.

  6. Arrange maintenance and repair for IT hardware

  7. Establish and regulate compliance with data security protocols and privacy policy issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in web page design

  2. Proficient with cloud computing services in Google Workspace and the Google and MS Office suites of applications

  3. Experienced in troubleshooting problems relating to IT systems; supporting and training end-users

  4. Possesses good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  5. Experienced in establishing and regulating compliance with data security protocols and privacy policy issues.
