Optimal brain health is vital to a whole and meaningful life, yet many of us aren't even sure what our brains actually need to function well! Join us as we explore a basic understanding of brain physiology, what drains and what fuels brain health and practical ways to powerfully enhance you or your family's overall well-being through brain-specific nutritional support.
Lauren Smallcomb lives in Chiang Mai with her husband and 4 kids. She has 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department and 4 years as a Certified Nutritional Therapist through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
Working in the medical field she developed a strong desire to help others understand nutrition and its connection to the chronic health problems that plague modern people. As she guides her clients towards seeing their health goals become reality, she encourages them to listen to their bodies, advocate for themselves, and “Make Space for Healing”. She has found Nutritional Therapy to be a highly effective approach to optimize the body’s functioning. It is truly her privilege and pleasure to help those in need of a fresh start with their health.
