The Well International is hosting an extraordinary luncheon for organizational leaders and member care providers this Feb. 7th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. I would be very pleased to have you join me for this special time of all who provide member care to come together for a time of sharing, networking, learning and praying together.
Nancy Sturrock has served with TEAM for 35 years based in Nepal, Thailand and the USA. Currently Nancy serves as Senior Director for Global Ministry responsible for TEAM’s ministries in South Asia but from 2007-2010, Nancy served as Director of International Personnel for TEAM. During that time TEAM wrestled with the issue of how much to separate administration and member care for their global workers. At our luncheon Nancy will share some of TEAM’s journey up to where they are now with the subject of member care being provided together and/or separately by administrative leaders and member care providers world wide.
Please join us for a time of interaction about overlap, “gray areas” and integration of member care as well as a “quest” for best practices in care for personnel under our care.
Lunch will be provided. A donation of 100 baht per person is suggested.
Please register by Friday, Feb. 3, if you would like to attend by going to our website:
www.thewellintl.org/events. This will help us know how many people to plan for.
Please note that this luncheon will be held at Chiang Mai City Gate Church. It is situated near The Well office, behind the Department of Motor Vehicles off Chiang Mai-Hang Dong road. Click here for the location. Alternatively, typing in “Chiang Mai City Gate Church” in google maps will result in the correct location as well.
If you know any other member care professionals who might be interested in this event, but have not received this invitation, please send their information to firstname.lastname@example.org so the invitation can be extended to them as well.
